Students are vital users of WISEflow. During exam periods the exam platform has between 15,000 to 20,000 daily users attending various flows. Karoline Riordan is one of them. She studies psychology at Aarhus University and has handed in papers in WISEflow 11 times on different exam flows: FLOWlock, FLOWmulti and FLOWassign. Her experience with WISEflow has been positive. The system has run smoothly every time, she has used it, and it is generally straightforward and easy to use and navigate in.
“I especially fancy the fact that you do not have to print your paper. It makes the entire exam process more sustainable, and you reduce the impact on the environment,” Karoline Riordan says, also highlighting the possibility to access demo tests of flows as a fine feature. In this way students get a good insight into the technical tools, which gives her great comfort when attending the actual exam.
Before attending the university Karoline Riordan has been used to handing in papers physically, which in some cases could resolve in unnecessary stress.
“When you hand in your paper digitally, the exam process is less stressful. I have always lived far away from school, and when you have to deliver your paper physically, it quickly becomes a bigger project. Now that I do it digitally, I sometimes stop to wonder: Was that really it? – because digital hand in is a lot easier,” Karoline Riordan says with a smile.
